30-day free returns

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery. PowerBaax offers free return shipping for eligible returns under this policy within our supported US delivery area. We do not charge a restocking fee for an eligible return.

How to start a return

1. Contact contact@powerbaax.com or use our contact form within the 30-day window. Include your order number, the item, and the reason for returning it. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, include photos where reasonably possible.
2. Our team will provide a return authorization, the correct destination, and a prepaid label or other appropriate return arrangement. Follow the shipping deadline and instructions provided.
3. Pack the item securely with its accessories and supplied components. Keep your tracking number and proof of shipment.

Contact us before shipping anything back. Do not send products to our administrative mailing address or to an address printed on the original package unless our team specifically instructs you to do so.

Item condition

For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused, unmodified, and complete, with labels, accessories, and original packaging where available. Inspect and handle the item only as reasonably necessary to assess it. Damage from misuse, unauthorized modification, or improper operation may make a change-of-mind return ineligible. This does not remove your rights if the product was defective, damaged on arrival, incorrect, or not as described.

No blanket final-sale exception is applied to the current catalogue. Any item-specific return restriction will be clearly disclosed before purchase and will not override rights that cannot legally be excluded. Do not ship fuel, used fuel containers, or other restricted materials without the return team's instructions.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us promptly after discovering a problem. Stop using equipment that may be unsafe. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement, repair where appropriate and agreed, or refund. Return shipping for an approved damaged, defective, or incorrect item is at our expense. Reporting outside the voluntary 30-day window does not extinguish any applicable statutory or warranty rights.

Refunds

We will inspect the returned item and notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after receipt and inspection, or sooner when required by law. We will contact you if additional information is reasonably needed. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since refund approval without a credit, contact us so we can check it.

The refund includes the amount paid for the accepted returned item and applicable tax. Standard outbound shipping is free. Any optional shipping service specifically purchased is refundable where required by law or where we caused the issue.

Exchanges and order cancellations

Contact us for exchange options; replacement stock is subject to availability. If an exchange is not possible, an eligible return can be refunded and a new order placed separately. For a cancellation, contact us immediately. If the order has already shipped, the return procedure applies. If we cannot ship an item on time, the delay and cancellation options in our Shipping Policy apply.
